Shipping policy

All international orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subjected to additional taxes, customs and duties determined by the destination country, order value as well as contents.

International taxes, customs and duties ARE NOT INCLUDED in the product prices and/or shipping cost. These taxes, customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated or shown during checkout. Please check with your country's customs' office for more information before making a purchase. You may need to pay these additional fees before or upon delivery of your order.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia and the estimated delivery time is around 10-12 business days from the day the order has been placed.
